I´ve played Dragon´s Dogma for a while, but when it was possible to mod the game some mods made my personal experience much more rewarding and less time-comsuming. I´m not an expert modder, but with some effort I mannaged to merge them using ARCtool and WinMerge. Open up your chargenmorphcfg.xml file(if you've downloaded any of the skin mods above they will usually include a chargenmorphcfg.xml file) found in Bioware/Dragon Age 2/packages/core/override in notepad and add this line under heads human female. There are mods that do this but I can't really remember what they're called.
You will need to have a Hawke preset that allows alterations enabled in your CC. I used one from goldskins in the picutre above but you may prefer another skin. There are a few skin mods available on Nexus for DA2:
