If you running the 1.0 version of my mod. My files are kept in a separate unique folder. Doesn't even overwrite vanilla HKX files. This mod can be uninstalled at any time with no repercussions. 
Download my mod with Vortex/Mod Organizer and install. So please download DAR and all it's requirements. Harder than me when I see Chun-Li in her Interpol outfit. Dynamic Animation Replacer is hard requirement for this mod. This mod also matches the vanilla timing so you don't have to relearn your weapons. Weapons will feel chunkier, swords will slice and cut, axes will hack, maces will crush, and daggers will stab. This mod only changes vanilla animations and does not contain any custom animations so FNIS or Nemesis is not required. We thankfully have mods which amend this, like Bowlegged Jump Animation Fix: and Immersive Animations: among others.īesides being mediocrely animated, the vanilla NPC combat idles would especially be jarring for those who installed combat animation replacers like those above.Thanks to the Dynamic Animation Replacer, we can have custom animations for every single different weapon type in the game recognized by the vanilla system. In my opinion they were styled like the rest of many vanilla combat animations- they were all somewhat ape-like. To address potential confusion, this is NOT the standard idle combat animation, which is universal for both the player and NPCs (they stand still and hold their weapon in a some position). These are animations when NPCs stay in an idle combat stance for some period of time, to which they’d then swing their sword around, swing their hands, pivot their bodies, etc. Has anyone ever thought about replacing the combat idle animations for NPCs?
